The HVAC-R Robot enables flawless, robotic execution of all tasks within ventilation ducts, shafts, and pipes.

The solution is used to gain a better overview of the system's actual condition, remove dust and deposits, effortlessly coat the interior, perform dry ice or compressed air blasting, and plan maintenance based on documented needs.

Instead of assessing the system only from the outside, the robot can work inside the ducts and pipes. This provides a better foundation for service, cleaning, and technical measures, while reducing the need for unnecessary dismantling.

For customers, this means a more controlled, efficient, and professional method for maintaining ventilation, HVAC-R, and technical piping systems.

01. Robotic inspection

We can inspect ducts, shafts, and pipes from the inside to detect dust, deposits, contamination, or technical conditions that might otherwise be difficult to see.

The robot can be used with a wide range of cleaning methods tailored to the task, including brush cleaning, compressed air, dry ice, vacuuming, and other relevant methods as required.

03. Reduced dismantling

By working inside the system, the robot significantly reduces the need for unnecessary opening, dismantling, or intervention in existing installations.

Technical details

We provide robotic services using two machine sizes adapted to various dimensions and tasks. Type 1 covers smaller ducts and pipes from 200–540 mm, while Type 2 handles larger dimensions from 350–1,350 mm with extensions.

Both robots are used for internal inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and technical treatment of ventilation ducts, shafts, and piping systems. The choice of robot is determined by dimension, shape, access, vertical runs, bends, and the desired cleaning method.

Dry ice blasting

Proff Installasjon offers the most advanced and environmentally friendly cleaning method: 100% chemical-free dry ice cleaning for commerce, industry, maritime environments, and offshore/onshore projects.

Proff Installasjon performs core drilling when precise penetrations are needed for ventilation, pipes, cables, and technical installations.

We produce dimensions of 50-70-100 mm and up to 80 cm in depth. We can perform diamond core drilling, wet core drilling, and deep core drilling, among others, depending on the project's needs.

We can assist with welding and technical adjustments in connection with assembly, remodeling, service, and maintenance.
